Never received confirmation nor the order

I ordered a few plants from their website with a gift card and did not receive any sort of confirmation, although the money had been taken out of the gift card. I contacted their customer service email and was told they would send me a confirmation that day as the order went through. They never sent the confirmation so I emailed them again, no response. I have now emailed to ask for a refund and am awaiting their response. This is extremely unprofessional.
