Take a video of unpacking

Its been three weeks since I reported missing items from my delivery, so far, I have received a photo showing someone holding loose door seal strips on top of a pallet that may be mine
(meta data removed from the photo)
they were not even within the strapping holding the other items.
The message was they must have been delivered as we have this photo from the warehouse
Having spent over €10,000 I was expecting better,
I have provided 15 photos that show what was delivered, but I would recommend someone to take a video of you taking off the wrapping as proof rather than photos.
