a change without customer's consent

I ordered a watch and set the delivery at Mondial Relay near my house (5 min walking). When I arrived there I noticed the site changed the Mondial Relay point with another one that is 30 min away. I spent 1h for this and when I replied to Tukher they told me they are not happy with the Mondial Relay service and they will replace them. That was totally out of the subject. The Mondial Relay is good but they should keep their promise and deliver to the location I set when I did the order.
