Excellent consumer ethics

This being my first claim and hopefully the last, I was very pleased with the ease of submitting a claim and the website use.
The service it self was great and the updates frequent. The repair took a lot of time, unfortunately, but I was provided with a replacement device due to the time. All in all, very happy with the service.

I wanted to cancel my membership and they told me I have to wait a month. Why would I wait a month, this is no rental agreement or anything like that? Very deceptive way of making business, I had to pay one more month just because of this rule. SCAM
