So that product defect they claimed was causing the grip pad to slip off the clamp is STILL an ongoing issue. In theory this is a good product only if you’re okay with getting just a few months of use out of your clip. Going to need to get the replacement they sent out replaced. Joy.

Have not received products
I’ve ordered two products a month apart and still have received either one. Ordered twice before and got both. Great product. Now I’ve ordered two more for friends and my friends have not received them.

I ordered this car charger months ago
I ordered this car charger months ago. I would check in and they always said it was coming. They gave me a tracking number that did not work. I finally, after quite a few months, gave up. It finally showed up shoved in a wrong sized box. I have not tried it yet to see if it works. Hope's are not high.

The clip keeps sliding off
The clip keeps sliding off. I have it hooked onto my AC outlets and it won't stay. There is no grip on the clips to hold it so it won't hold my phone. I just don't use it. Disappointing!

Had to use liquid nails to stick the magnet to phone. Had to use lock tight on the mount to stop it from coming loose and spinning. Now it’s ok

Tulmox failed to supply the second of ordered products and the other item was incorrect. They won’t give a refund for the missing item as they state the package was delivered. I don’t recommend dealing with this company. Order was placed Jan 23. It’s now May 19 and still no product

We suggest placing the magnet on the outside of your phone cover. That way the magnet is in direct contact with the holder.
The device was cheaply made
The device was cheaply made. The attachment piece for the magnet wouldn't stay on the phone, when it was on the device, it couldn't hold the phone up. I followed ask the directions in attaching the device to the car, but it would fall off constantly. Couldn't hold the weight of the phone, or itself in most cases. Not worth the money. Complete waste
