Brushed off after being loyal for years...
Tulsa gold and silver was always my go to gold buyer. I always reccomended them and personally drove patrons to their store to sell their gold to them; therefore it was very disappointed when i entered the store and was not greeted or acknowledged at all and when someone else came in the employee greeted them to help them and they said i was already there the guy came up looked at my stuff picked up the watch said "Gold Filled" threw it down then picked upotheer watch didnt look at any markings just said "and this is definetly not real" threw it down and went back to other customer. The whole encouner was 5min but it left a very bad taste in my mouth and i felt so dumb. How sad for them to do me like that when i held them to such a high standard and liked the workers on a personal level and now i dont even want to go back! Very Disappointed!
