Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Placed two orders in which I was charged for (after being approved for the site) only to receive an email stating my profile wasn’t completed. Tundra asked for various progress shots of my website and business license which I provided. I have not heard back for days. Cannot contact anybody and live chat should be removed from the website because it doesn’t actually work. HORRIBLE company. Steer clear. Will be reported and disputing purchases

Just another a fake wholesale site

This is just another a fake wholesale site. You will only find a tiny discount compared to retail prices. Most items can be purchased cheaper on regular marketplaces. Also the customer service and fulfillment process is extremely poor. Now, I must wait to see if I get the refund before filing a lawsuit and reporting them to my State Attorney General Office (just based on other reviews)

As a seller

As a seller, they lured me into paying $450 for a CPC campaign for my business, which was a huge waste of money, but then they charged me an additional $200. Terrible company.

Be aware of your money

Tundra did not approve my purchase twice, based on the fact that my company is a marketplace seller. Today, it is over two months that I am waiting for a refund, after several e-mails and attempts to reach the company. For me, Tundra is a scam.

We have several problems with Tundra.

We have several problems with Tundra.

Tundra is slow to approve our new customers. We've had customers ready to buy only to have to wait days for Tundra approval. We have to contact support when this happens to try and expedite.

Getting in the way of a sale is a huge strike.

Plus, they require insurance on every shipment. Big hidden cost!

Shipping costs are double or more what you would pay with Shipstation. It's far more than if you walked in the Post Office and got regular rate.

Those are big strikes that kill sales.

Tundra has driven a few sales to us through their market. On the other hand, we have brought Tundra more customers because we drove our customers there where they have to set up a Tundra account.

After using it for a couple years we're moving on from Tundra.

Horrible

Horrible, as a person who sells wholesale quite frequently. I have had horrible experiences with Tundra. They never pay you on time and you spend more time trying to track down your payments than it’s worth. They always claim that the payment was flagged for audit and after multiple email exchanges you might get your funds weeks later. Never again!!

Paying for clicks not sales

I started selling through Tundra in Jan 2021, made lots of sales through Nov 2021 then suddenly almost nothing. Paying for lots of clicks but almost no sales. A lot of my customers found me on Faire.com and have told me they prefer that platform but there's definitely something wrong at Tundra.

BUYER BEWARE

I passed my last order on Tundra on August 6th. I made a big purchase from one of their sellers Divine Supplies and ended up receiving items that were different from what I ordered, not only that one set of items were completely broken, and another was missing a piece. I tried contacting the seller without a response. Contacted Tundra to be told that they do not take care of these issues. Their platform is only a marketplace for wholesalers to sell directly to businesses and they do not take care of issues relating to orders, but they would try to contact the seller to see if they could get a response. We are now September 21st, and nothing happened. The seller has all my money, I was stuck spending extra money to try to salvage what could be good and the rest is a complete lost. The fact that this marketplace takes no responsibilities for their sellers and have no means of rectifying issues is a big no for me. Better off purchasing from Aliexpress or another platform that offers a service after the purchase.

Terrible

I have been using Tundra for 2 years now. At first it was great, then like a light switch it wasn't. While I have had over 1200 orders, my sales stopped almost completely 8 months ago. The few orders I have received, have been from nightmare customers. Tundra is very "the customer is always right", which I understand however due to this my company has lost over $3,000 in the span of 2 months. I just had a interaction with customer service today and honestly I'm appalled. They told me how I should be running my business and that everything I have stated up to this point in the conversation is incorrect because the "customer" said so. I ship by cases of 20, always have, always will, it saves space. I was told by Tundra that I only ship by cases of 12 and that due to this they are charging me for the customers latest order, because they didn't receive the product??? Mind you this happened with the same customer back in November. I told them this and in so many words they me I'm out of luck.

Shipping Algorithm Messed up and Terrible Customer Service

Tundra's shipping system is very screwed up and we are losing customers because of it. Luckily, our loyal customers have called us to let us know what is happening. They are getting charged 4x what shipping should be for some reason. I think it might be because they shipped for free for the first year and obviously that wasn't a good business model. They tried to charge a client $128 to ship something from Denver to Grand Junction. When we checked our shipping and what it would cost, it was $30. They have a section in their settings that allows you to click if you use pallets and then give a weight when you will use a pallet (we use a pallet if an order is over 300lbs). They are claiming we send everything (even it is just 30 lbs of order on a pallet). I took a screen shot of this and sent it to customer service. This has been close to a week, and still isn't fixed. If you are a brand, I would skip using Tundra. I have sent at least 7 messages at this point. They have no phone number for customer service, and claim they have no one that customers can talk to in a situation like this. I would steer clear of Tundra to sell items.

No goods, no money :(

I ordered goods to resell online, approved by the seller. Then tundra refused to send me the items, saying that it is not allowed to sell them online, even though I had approval from the seller. It is even written in their Q&A that "buyers can sell products on their own website". Then tundra cancelled the order and kept my money. First, they offered Tundra credits, which I did not need, because I did not want to buy anything else from them. Then they claimed that my bank account details are not good, which is clearly not true. I double checked everything and even sent them official forms of my bank account details. Now, I have no goods, neither my money. I lost nearly $2K.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED

NOT TO BE TRUSTED - As the owner of a new e-commerce business I went looking for affordable wholesale products. Stumbled onto Tundra. Seemed ok at first however after a few mishaps I could see it was not a very reliable or trustworthy platform. I could get into the weeds as to my experiences with being unable to return damaged/defective products and how their response time to emails can be many days sometimes or worse, not at all but suffice it to say, buyer beware.

I do not suggest.

A site that asks a lot of questions and requests. Shop from other wholesalers as it is a disappointment and a waste of time. I would never recommend. They persistently ask what you will do with the products you buy. It's so silly.

Waste of time. Buy wholesale somewhere else.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience. They have a very backwards way of approving orders. I spent tons of time shopping and putting together an order because my account was “approved”, then they started asking for pictures of my pop-up booths because I don’t have a website. Even after I provided a copy of my reseller certificate, they refused to sell to me because I’m a start-up. It was a huge waste of time. Customer service won’t reply to me. Most of the wholesalers are also good on Faire.com
I recommend spending your money with the vendors there instead of with Tundra.
