Traveled with Them to Bluedot last year. Great staff, comfy coaches and overall a great service.

Tuned in travel were really helpful and catered to my needs even though I have a disability got to Bluedot on time and had a great weekend

Used for Bluedot as the only transport option offered and for ease (or so we thought). Arrived as requested to pick up point for 23:40, 15 minutes before departure time of 23:55. Missed 808 state in the process. Staff said we should have been told 00:30. Actual pick up was post 1am!! No apology. No offer of refund or any redress. No communication at all afterwards. Not cheap. Shambles. My advice? Club together and book a taxi instead.

The best thing about travelling with Tuned-In Travel, was the coach took us direct to Blue Dot, from Liverpool, without having to pick up at other locations on the way - unlike my first BD festival (Jean Michel Jarre : ) were we were taken by the Big Green Bus Co., that zig-zagged all over the place - Chester being just one of the many pick up points! There was a very minor hiccup were our driver missed a direction sign on a country lane, in pouring-down rain, but for me, that turned out to be a blessing in disguise because, as the driver was turning at a tight junction to go back, a cyclist heading towards us stopped to let the driver make the turn. I recognised the cyclist to be none-other than Ralf Hutter of Kraftwerk! He's known to cycle into venues on the the day of the concert. The return driver also did a good few passengers a favour, by dropping us off at a convenient place at the end of the M62, enabling us to get home earlier (and cheaper!). I must also give a mention to the Tuned In helpline staff - Justine, in particular - who helped me out when having problems trying to book my coach seat on-line.

This is is the second time I've used tuned in travel to attend bluedot festival (the only company used & the only way to get there) & both times have been awful.

This year as last year the coach taking us was 45 minutes late in leaving. You are asked to be there 1y minutes before your departure time however the coaches didn't arrive until half an hour AFTER they were supposed to leave!

Only one member of staff stood there with us but they are useless, giving us no information or reasons why they are late.
Once the two coaches arrived there was no organisation what so ever. The member of staff could have told us what was going on but instead we had to wait for one coach to be completely filled before anyone could step on the other coach or even put our luggage in the hold.
Both coaches were supposedly executive travel coaches but they were by far the most uncomfy coaches I've even been on! Each row of seat held 5 people (more like infants) whereas normal coaches have 4. This ment there was a walkway of less than a foot wide to walk down. The seats were awful! I'm not a big man but I couldn't fit in one. They were bucket style but so skinny that your back didn't touch the back of the seat, only your sides did.
There was no aircon what so ever.

No guidance was given on times or were we told we were stopping to pick others up on the way. The drivers drove dangerously to stay in convoy with each other, one remembarable time the coach I was in went in a bus only lane, floored it & then cut in front of other traffic & crossed the hashing of a slip road to do so. Disgusting behaviour from a supposedly professional driver.
We got to the festival 2 hours after the pick up time.

Returning the coach was half an hour early! But we STILL had to wait until 15 mins after the departure time before leaving. We had been sat on the coach, packing in like sardines with once again no aircon on what was a very warm day.

Great service to and from Bluedot. Prompt and helpful drivers. Signs could have been clearer at the festival but not sure who was responsible for this.

Never on time, we had one bad driver who dropped us off miles from the pick up point as she was on her way to Manchester and didn’t want to turn into Macclesfield. She also checked people’s feet for mud because she didnt want to clean the coach before dropping it off. Not good after 12 hours at a festival.

Couldn't fault our recent coach transfer to bluedot festival. In time, clean coach, nice staff, friendly service.
Very happy and would definitely use again.
Staff even went out of way to help us shelter from rain and keep us informed of departures from our sheltered place via walkie talkie to make sure we stayed dry but didn't miss the coach! Really appreciated!

Used this company for the first time this year for festival travel. Easy booking, well organised. Highly recommended will be using again next year

I thought the coach service provided was great; the coaches were comfortable, everything was to schedule and we got there in good time, plus great value for money. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.

Short wait times for coach, efficient loading and actually airconditioned. Arrived much quicker and was cheaper than the train.
