The product description was incomplete and misleading. The issue seems to be that the technical experts at the company don't have access to the full details such as the intended application or technical details such as spring rate and height. No returns are allowed even for parts that I can't use.

They do not respect the legal right of withdrawal (402-3104073-6997166). I have tried to return an item within the legal 14-day period (EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and Tunershop is ignoring my requests. Unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all costs."

the H&R product re great, however, the delivery and the communication( order placed on the 9th of Jan , still Zero comm, we are 16th ) are very poor, So if you are in a hurry buy them from another campany

This company is running scams, your item will not ship until you email them and then it doesn’t arrive . They will open an investigation with UPS that doesn’t exist . They lie and say it’s not their fault please be aware . After opening a dispute with your credit card company they will send you an email to ask you to remove the dispute so they can refund you the money but that’s a lie since they know you can’t reopen the dispute again . Nice trick 23 days and still waiting for the items which I know it won’t arrive . It has FRAUD ALL AROUND IT .

Purchased a set of wheels off Tunershop. After multiple emails back and forth finding out information on wheels and fitment and logistics of sending from Germany to Australia I made the purchase. Ignac was the sales person I spoke to and always was willing to help me with any questions and clarifications I had before, during and even after my purchase. As mentioned to Ignac this company is by far the best. Bettwr than the service we recieve in Australia. Wheels arrived as discussed and very quickly too.

Really professional service, i ordered a set of lowering springs for my seat leon 5f. I accedently ordered the wrong one at the beginning. But before they were sent to me a customer wrote to be that it was wrong pair and we figured out by chat which pair that would fit my car. I ended up buying the ones he told me to and they came pretty fast(i live in denmark). Really good service and products. and the springs fitted my car.

I bought these springs on 21st july and I got them on 28th. They got to Italy from Germany very quickly, even with a weekend in the middle! The staff have brilliant communicative skills, they text back very quickly and they try to help you as best as they can. The springs are 100% correct and brand new. The box was sealed and intact. Great experience, will definitely buy from them again. Great guys, highly recommended. 😄😄😁

Ordered a set of coilovers. Emailed the company with a question and they responded the same day. Coilovers arrived in nine days, tracked delivery, no surprise import fees and cheaper than the UK. Very pleased. Will order from them again.
