My iPhone would not go to the home screen so I thought I would use this app to fix it.

On their YouTube channel they are quite deceiving as they don’t show some steps that you will come across for example it will download and halfway through it will ask for payment - but this only happens once you have waited such a long time in the download process. I ended up paying to continue the download and guess what? The repair failed!

I have a notification saying please confirm whether the firmware matches your device model - I have checked so many times to make sure this is correct and it is indeed completely correct so this to me is clearly a scam. I also IMMEDIATELY started receiving spam calls from about 7 different companies after giving them my details (data breach?).

They don’t have any numbers to call them either which is concerning.

Their website says money back guarantee so I’m waiting to hear back from them right now. Alternatively if they could call me and we can go through the problems together on the phone that would be ideal but obviously they don’t have a phone number (conveniently).

Edit: Their response below is just confirming what I have said above. There is no point in 'coming out clean' now once you have been exposed to be a deceptive company. Be honest and tell users from the beginning what they're getting into.

Yes, I've plugged in several devices, but was unable to complete the unlocking process. Only one iPad 3 was successfully unlocked. The others, even after downloading the firmware, never even completed cause it couldn't verify the firmware it downloaded. The devices are still locked. Your software didn't unlock them..
Even so, it told you 3 we're done, well, where's the ability to unlock the other 2?

Your system must be able to tell the difference between an actual successful unlock, and a failed attempt. Right?? You don't count unsuccessful device unlocks as used against the 5 devices allowed do you? No other company does. I know that for a fact. .
Oddly as it is, I tried again to unlock this iPad pro 12.9 , after 3 firmware downloads, all failing verification, it finally started unzipping the files to unlock it, BUT NO, it to failed . Here are the screenshots of that sad failure.. so what's up? Your software can't even download the correct firmware package. Really?? Ok, nevermind. I want a refund. I'm tired of this. The downloading of all these files for nothing, killing my data, just for failure. Nope, I'm done with your program. Just refund the money please. I don't have time to play these games. Your software is a hit or miss catastrophy and aggravation I just don't need or care for.. I'll go back to unlock go or 3utools. Good luck with scamming someone else. And I plan on writing a review for you as well.. and not a very good one sadly.. peace. Goodbye. I expect to see my money refunded promptly. Thank you..

I used the product happily to download my favourite Spotify playlists in 2021. In 2022 I found the version I was using had stopped working - so I contacted support.
It's ALL sorted now thanks to a lightning-fast response from support.

The software AceMovi and Screenrecorder won't even open on my Mac. it downloads, goes in the application folder and when you click on the icon it gives a warning that Apple can't verify the software and to contact the provider, which of course seems next to impossible. I should of known better. Sent an email we'll see if I ever get a reply - UPDATE - I got a reply, and the information given allowed the software to work, and it works fine, good tool for the price. However, for the reason I bought it, it doesn't really do what I wanted it to. That, is more of my fault for not understanding the situation. I will find use for it though, so all in all not a loss. The customer service was quick and effective, thank you for that.

I wanted to download some songs from Spotify and found this programme (Viwizard Music Convertor). DO NOT USE. I have been sat here trying to download the same song for hours. It automatically shuts the programme down, as well as Spotify. I have tried to change preferences, I have tried a different song. Even the 1x Conversion speed makes no difference.

These are an awful company to deal with and the money back guarantee is a straight up scam.

I bought a lifetime product license key for ViWizard in order to try use some apple Music on my Serrato setup... It didn't work.

Despite numerous back and forth with customer service, they are refusing to give me my money back.
I literally asked for a refund from my "lifetime licence key" within 2 hours of purchase lol.... they have a 30 day money back guarantee, yet 2 hours into it... they still refuse to give any money back.

I've reported to Paypal so I'm hoping I can get my money back there, but just avoid these guys at all cost!!

NOTE - they even charged me £69.96.... not the $69.95 as advertised.

My parents iPad Mini 6 couldn't boot up, so I decided to try TunesKit iOS System Recovery. It seemed that the program could not recognize all parameteres, but it tried to install the firmware. That didn't work and I went to the Apple Store with my laptop and iPad. Through iTunes they recovered the iPad completely within 30 minutes. I had 30 day moneyback guarantee, and I aske for a refund and provided screenshots. I will only get 50%, it's a complete SCAM. The company takes no risks in refunds whatsoever. If the tool works you are in luck, if not than you are screwed. The consumer takes all the risk, and Tuneskit takes advantage of consumers in distress of a broken Apple product. Stay clear!

P.s. I’m not one of few customers who had the same problem. There are 28% negative feedbacks on the IOS Recovery Tool. Your other products are amazing, how about extending that excellence to this subpar tool. My hardware wasn’t defect, as I mentioned earlier. The Apple Store fixed it in 30 minutes… Should have gone there in the first place…

I used the TunesKit iPhone Unlocker to get rid of the Activation Lock on my iPad. As advertised, it removed it in minutes and I was able to finally use my iPad again! I tried a few other programs that couldn't get the job done until I found this.
