I have forgot my screen passcode and had huge important data which i could seemlessly recover using this tool. Customer service has been great if any question with prompt response.

Software does not work as claimed!
They claim it should bypass MDM locks on iPads and iPhones - it does not.

After reading reviews posted by TunesKit claiming other competitors that they are better with a list of 'pros and cons' for other competitor software comparisons.
One 'pro' was that they are easier to get refunds from - this is a complete lie.
Claims of a 'Money-back guarantee' don't exist.

I'd requested a refund after trying to get the software to work which was my reasoning for the refund, "if your software doesn't work I'd like a refund", but instead you get the run around and avoidance to provide a refund.

Even proving their software doesn't work with logs and evidence didn't even make a difference.

Avoid TunesKit unless you want to waste your money on empty promises and no option to get a refund.

the simplicity and customer care the program is simple to understand broe down to make sense and i have to say the best out of about 50 i have tried.

I can’t believe truepilot can have fake reviews too! Don’t use tuneskit it’s a rip off plus rather loose your data than put that out there for tuneskit so they can misuse later. iPhone 13 Pro didn’t work later they didn’t agree to give me full amount but I was smart enough requested PayPal and they sort it out for me. Tuneskit didn’t work and customer service was terrible. Hope no one have to go through this!

If someone told me my story with "support" TunesKit, I would not believe them that in a world of constant competition and solicitation of users such a story is possible.

This is really very good software - the best one I've worked on (in this price class), it has a lot of small functional solutions that make work much easier, you can see that someone put a lot of effort into its design.

However, as in any software there are errors that prevent you from working with 100% satisfaction and you have to use other software in addition.

I spent a lot of time to take screenshots, record videos of problems and describe it all.
It was more difficult for me because I don't know English and I have to use a translator.

Due to the poor English language, I will not elaborate, I will only write that at some point, in order to establish some contact - which was not possible via e-mail support - I wrote to them on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.

I got replies like this:

"Sorry, We will get back to you as soon as possible."

- I started discussions and again a break for a few weeks.

I started asking for an answer again and after some time I got something like this:

"Sorry again for the inconvenience.
We'll strive to do better."

and then the appropriate response to the conversation.

Unfortunately, it's been over 3 months since my last question and there's no way I can contact them.

i constantly have to click on the stop, save button to go record a different song from a playlist which is frustrating it would be better if it could sync with the audio player, and also most of the time when you finish recording a song the software completely gives wrong information about it

I purchased a product from them that technically did not work on the phone I wanted to do it on but I had an older one I was able to use and it worked. The company was offering a month free to there services if you write a 5 star review and ultimately just says the program won't work and just blows you off. Most of these 5 star ratings are to get a free product.
