Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service. Submitted an email regarding a product (smooth chopper) that is no longer functional due to damage from wear and tear. Three months later I’ve heard nothing. Bitterly disappointed after spending literally thousands of dollars over the years. Will never buy anything Tupperware again. Furthermore will strongly discourage friends and family from doing so under the premise of a lifetime warranty - which is clearly a lie.

Tupperware is a company that has been trusted for so many years. I have been using its water bottle and I am having a great experience. The water bottles are rigid, durable and leakproof. If filled with cold water, it can maintain the coldness for hours. Tupperware also provides free exchange if the bottle starts to leak at any point of time.

Poor customer service
Wow, for a company that has been around and trusted for so many years, I was very disappointed in their return policy. I purchase a cheese saver from an online party (COVID and all that) and my cheese seemed to mold as fast, if not faster that putting it in cheap zipper seal bags. When contacting customer service the response was basically that they would refund the purchase price but I have to pay for shipping. I already paid shipping and handling for the item. If it was my error, I would understand, but the product, in my opinion, is faulty and I shouldn't have to pay for shipping again. Won't be purchasing from Tupperware again. I get better customer service from other online places.

Poor life time warranty
Poor customer service. The life time warranty is worth nothing.
My wife has got a Tupperware can opener, after a short time of use, the can opener does not open cans any more, If I'm lucky it will open maby 30-50 % of the cans. The local TW dealer had it and tested it, she aggree that it does not open cans very good, but apparently it's not supposed to.
What use is a can opener that don't open cans?
We shall never buy any TW products again. As we have had other issues with broken/damaged TW products that was not replaced.
