Was led to believe was signing up to buy a tool set but that was not the case. Ended up having to jump through many hoops to cancel the subscription and get a refund. Would be one star but the end result after all will be refunded so I will make it 2 stars for the eventual customer service.

Unfortunate and misleading
The advertisement and product were cleverly designed and quite appealing. However, they persisted beyond their welcome, even when explicitly stating there was no membership involved. This was quite misleading. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent, and I appreciated the easy cancellation process for a membership I did not agree to. Please stay cautious when encountering such promotions.

Horrible. I was scammed into getting a membership on facebook. They was a sale on brooks shoes and some how after paying for the shoes I got an email stating I payed for a membership for tirbo4ride. When I demanded my refund they insisted that I give them a 4 star review and leave positive feedback JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT INTEND ON BUYING. I WAS TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES MY REVIEW WASNT SEEN SO I HAD TO DO IT MULTIPLE TIMES 10 OUT OF 10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Unauthorized account creation and funds fraud
Couple days ago my account was compromised and funds were withdrawn. The next day I see the same, so I prompted the email that stated I had an account and had to reset the password to gain access. I tried cancelling upon entering but there was a hold period. I reached out to customer support to rectify this account created and my funds being withdrawn as there isn't even a showing of my account or card on the platform. Within 24hrs I had a resolution from customer support with an escalated ticket. kudos team for being so prompt to my urgent matter. Thank you.
