Michael Romero is THE representative that everyone prays for when it comes to talking on the phone begging to help you. He was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. I was so skeptical even calling but he made sure that I have nothing to worry about. He worked so patiently and was so great on the phone getting me approved. All my questions were answered and he made sure that I felt safe, secure, and that I understood all the "fine prints" of this debt relief program. William answered all of my questions during our initial conversation with great explanations. He was more than patient with me as I maneuvered between my iPhone and laptop to complete the paperwork. My thought process finally arrived at the point where my credit score makes no difference at this point in my life. The only main focus I have at the moment is direct cash flow and this will solve all of my problems. Thank you NDR
