I contacted Turbo Dynamics after being messed around by someone in Milford Haven, Turbo Dynamics were very professional from start to finish, giving me a full breakdown of issues with my Current Turbo, and remedial actions required, it was at this point i decided to purchase a new Turbo. the whole process was smooth and trouble free, i was constantly informed of progress, and tacking number was given along with 24hr shipping, i would happily use Turbo Dynamics again, And would recommend them without hesitation.

Very difficult to communicate, they don’t seem to be interested in doing any work. Ended up not using in the end because after few emails and trying to understand what works and parts needed to be purchased the conversation didn’t get to the point of moving forward.

Offered wastegate rattle fix for N54 turbos. Sent turbos, rattled worse than when i sent them and ultimately failed. Ongoing issues with them sending replacement turbos that leak oil and STILL rattle. Now no longer sell N54 turbos due to them not being able to offer a solution. In other words, they offered a solution and it didn't work so expect the customer to stomach the consequences. Buyers beware.

The most cost effective way to get my car back on the road, works great, no more smoke or engine management lights.

Took my turbo to dynamics and they brought it back to life as it was on its last legs ‘ found them very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them for a solution to any turbo problems .

Having done over 100k miles my Audi A3 turbo was getting a little smokey. I used Turbo Dynamics as they were local to me but glad I did, what a great set up and service, the turbo came back to me looking like a brand new unit, no more smoke and definitely a little more power returned, result!
