Useless !
the pass should include entries at Coliseum but 2 days before i've been noticed that it was not possible... it was not possible to enter the Pantheon even if it was paid... the toursitic tour in english was not suitable for children and we never get infos aboit the movie. So i paid for almost nothing except the Vatican tour. I recommand not to use Turbopass and buy by yourself directly the tickets separatly...

Nice and easy…
Very nice and easy way to experience the city. All the sites are listed clearly and you can't beat having the transportation included. Only issue I had was that some of the vendors didn't understand the discount options. They kept asking for qr codes. We had the Munich Card only, not the full City Pass.

Easy, Convenient, Reliable
After having my credit card was hacked a few years ago, I have been wary of using my credit card for online transactions but we were pressed for time to book tours in our Munich trip so we took a chance. All bookings went smoothly, all tours had no hitches. Very happy with our experience with Turbopass.

We bought passes for Colesseum etc
We bought passes for Colesseum, Pantheon and Vatican/Cistine chapel. Used the digital version on my phone and all worked well. If you don't book tickets in advance then queue's are much longer.

TurboPass makes it so easy to access the events, museums, etc; No queuing and just a quick scan of your QR and your in.
The travel package makes train and Hop On Hop Off buses easy to use.

No information they claimed they would provide was provided. When we visited the local tour office they told us to go to they could not help as they were unfamiliar with Turbopass. I basically feel like we got scammed out of a lot of money and wasted an entire day in Venice due to the lack of information provided and the lack of knowledge of the onsite tour company.

Quick, kind and hassle-free – exactly what you need in a crisis
I recently had to cancel my TurboPass for Rome due to a family medical emergency. I was not expecting much given how close to the travel date it was, but the response from TurboPass was immediate, warm and genuinely compassionate.
They replied within hours, acknowledged the difficult circumstances without hesitation, and offered a refund straight away. No hassle, no cold automated responses, just a simple and human approach to a very difficult situation.
This is how customer service should be done. I will absolutely use TurboPass again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
