So the booster went rogue on my account. He ran it down, spam pinged others on my account and then MESSAGED PEOPLE ON MY ACCOUNT. Including my 15 year old little brother. Imagine having to explain to your little brother why someone is messaging them on your account. Ive had many problems with this company over the years, this is one of many instances where they have tanked my winrate or ran it down on my account. One of the managers Gozen is always great... but there is another manager who goes on a power trip and is incredible rude and disgusting person. They have no control over boosters and got penalties on my account. If you care about your account at all i would avoid this company at all costs.

The below response from turbo boost is a lie. There manager went on a power trip when I talked about giving a review and ended conversation. Didn’t give options for compensation, decided what he thought was right without asking, a lot like there boosters do without permission. Never once was it said that the booster would be penalized and the manager tried to gaslight the situation and not give any compensation. They said this rarely happens, when in fact this is my 3rd time having to be compensated for “mistakes” the boosters have made.
