Hello Mike,
All the accounts purchased have a minimum of 14 days warranty and up to lifetime warranty so in case your account was purchased and banned in first few games it should be replaceable. For replacements we have support on Discord or directl on live chat on website.
We have done some giveaways of other types of accounts where there was no warranty as it was just to give some accounts for the community to have fun with accounts that couldn't be sold.
