I want to share very bad experience I had and have with TurboVPN. I bought 12 month subscription in July 2022 ( user ID 760460065) and first few month service worked ok. Then the frequency of service failure began growing until full collapse. I open my account one morning and found red banner at the top of the window shown status as " EXPOSED" and every time when I was trying to connect to UK server TurboVPN shown fake UK IP address and every time new and for different countries across Europe and Middle East (ip checkers conformed ). I used "Live chat" option and I reached out assistant who functioned more as a "social chat agent" rather then technical support and he said he escalated a case and somebody will contact me. Then 2 days after I received alike bot generated email asking me to make stupid moves like " check your internet speed", and etc. which is not related to the issue. Guys, I am professional software developer and there is nothing wrong with my working environment! After 3 weeks waiting for help or solution I suddenly received this evening generated email saying : " We are sorry to hear that you decided to leave and interrupted your annual subscription". I did not do it !
Stay away from this provider!! Dreadful customer care, money and time waste.
I successfully connected today to the Express VPN. IT IS WORKING FINE!
