The shipment to Saudi Arabia was held due to a standard import requirement from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), not because the product was listed or classified as SFDA-regulated on our website. All product information on Turcamart accurately reflects the item’s contents and is kept up to date.
Because the order included a company name (Four Seasons Hotel), the shipment was processed as a commercial import. The customs broker requested a simple non-resale declaration form, which we pre-filled and sent for signature. Unfortunately, this document was not returned to the shipping company via email, so the package could not be cleared and was automatically returned after the holding period.
Although our policy does not normally allow refunds for orders undelivered due to local customs obligations, we still issued a refund minus shipping costs as a goodwill gesture.
We always aim to support our customers through customs processes and are happy to assist with documentation whenever possible. If there’s anything further you’d like us to review, please feel free to contact us directly.
We would also appreciate it if you would consider updating your review should you feel our clarification better reflects the situation.

This was my first experience shopping with Turcamart. The experience was very nice. The website was easy to navigate. The Turkish tea products that I purchased were fresh and choices plentiful. I am in the USA so wondered how long it would take to ship to my doorstep. I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed. I was even more surprised to see how carefully my package had been put together. It arrived at my home in pristine condition and contents the same. Turcamart has earned my business as a customer and longtime tea drinker.

I ordered Sunday midnight on Monday they had already dispatched my order and I got it by Tuesday.
