We ordered a 6 seater taxi and clearly…
We ordered a 6 seater taxi and clearly stated we had 6 sets of skis/ boots and luggage. The taxi wasn’t adequate and therefore had to travel with skis passing through the taxi between the headrests over our passenger her shoulders
We requested that this didn’t happen on the return snd I even called 2 days before the return journey to co firm the size of the vehicle. Unfortunately the same happened on the way back.
I did email to complain but had no response. I would definitely not book again - be warned!!!

Dear customer, we thank you for your review, however, your booking was made through another portal of a travel manager from us and not with us directly. Clearly we provide the vehicle based on the type that is requested of us also because each vehicle has a different cost. If they ask us for a vehicle for six passengers, we make sure to place a vehicle for this capacity. The problem is that often when booking it is not taken into account that in a vehicle of this size there is also no space to load important luggage, so it is necessary to book a larger vehicle. Also keep in mind that for the second transfer you used another manager and not ours because we only received the booking for the outbound transfer. In the event For future times in case the same situation arises again, we advise you to book a larger vehicle even if you are only six people, taking into account the size of your luggage. Thank you
