If I get to give less than 1 start, I would!!
I contacted this clinic on Dec 2023 and made the deal with them to do hair transplant and paid the deposit of $500. Few months later I canceled the idea and asked to return the deposit as agreed upon. It's been 4 months now and still hasn't received. I contacted them many times asking for a return and every time they say we will transfer your request to the right department wait for someone to contact you.. and no one is contacting me!!!
Update on 3-3-2025
Turkeyana has been urging me to write a review and delete the negative review I posted last year. So, here is an update on what happened. After calling and emailing them and waiting a few months, Turkeyana finally sent me the deposit back in September 2024, but they deducted their fees. I initially sent them $500, and they charged me $75 for cancellation, so I received $425 back.
My son went to another clinic in Turkey for his hair transplant because we will never trust Turkeyana and their services again. It has been 4 months since the 2nd transplant, and we have seen a significant improvement. My son's hair has finally started to grow back. The new clinic provided me with a picture before proceeding with the transplant, indicating that the previous clinic had damaged the donor area. I have pictures to prove this, and I wish I could upload them here.

Please, please don't entrust yourself or your money with this company.
I paid a 500 euro deposit but had to cancel treatment due to the sudden death of my sister. Turkeyana promised to return my deposit 8 months ago and after all the lies, deceit, stress and exasperation I gave in and walked away, losing my money. I have not heard from them since.
Even in mourning Turkeyana cared more for the money than myself.
I shall go to Germany or Switzerland for a more honourable experience.

Dentistry not done correctly
I had a friend who went and received dental work from Turkeyana a few months ago. After his check up at his regular dentist here in the United States, he has now found out that they did everything incorrectly and have to redo multiple root canals that are going to cost thousands. Now not only is he out of money that he paid to Turkeyana for the procedure that wasn't correct, but he will now be out even more because he has to redo all the procedures again. Root canal's are not an easy procedure to do, let alone twice in just a few months.
Now the other problem is they do not even acknowledge that he was even a patient at the clinic nor have they given a refund for the botched procedure. He is in the process of taking legal action against them for not completing the procedures correctly and for only caring about getting money.

I had a very bad experience with Turkeyana, they gave me an appointment and they sent me the contract and the date of the appointment. I traveled 14 hours from United States to go to Turkey and I stayed for a week there to wait for my appointment. The day before my appointment they texted me and said that there was no doctor!!!!! The doctor was on vacation and the office said he doesn’t want to come just like that no explanation whatsoever. Then they came up with other excuses that someone passed away and it is absolutely a lie. Please do not TRUST them. Don’t waste your time and money.

Absolutely terrible. Unprofessional, mean, and inexperienced technicians. But they have great salespeople who will push and pressure to buy their unnecessary products. I seriously advise everyone not to go there and it was very painful procedure as well.

Don’t waste your money on this clinic
Last June I finished my dental work at Turkeyana clinic, I had to do 3 implants on my first visit, a month after the first visit, one of the implants came off so they had to redo it on my second visit, the whole procedure should’ve been done in two visits. So I had to go for a third visit because one of the implants had came off. So now another implant with a crown is moving and eventually it will come off, this is how bad their work is, not to mention that it took them a year to send me the certificate of Guarantee (some guarantee). Their communication is very bad. I honestly wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this clinic.

The people flow up before get to the clinic to make sure that you are feeling welcomed and we got picked up from the airport and dropped off to the hotel
And the next day we got picked up from the hotel on time to the clinic felt very welcomed and we got offered tea or coffee and after that we meet the doctor and the doctor sorted everything out for us me and few mates we had few things to do me personally I did PRP and everything was sorted I will definitely came back again

Do not give these people your money
Do not give these people your money! Their reviews might be good for basic cosmetic stuff, but we had a horrific experience with liposuction, breast reduction and rhinoplasty. Turkeyana put us in a private hospital where surgeons butchered without consultation. We had no clue what was happening as the English interpreters don’t understand English and were never around to translate in Arabic. They would disappear at the most crucial moments. My daughter was taken in for a nose job without prior consultation with her surgeon. His response afterwards was “She met the surgeon doing her breast reduction”. In other words why did she need to meet with the man reconstructing her nose. Her nose is not what she wanted & looks like it will need to be redone in future. She was distracted from hospital with no pain killer except Panadol 17 hours after having 8 hours under the knife & 3 surgeries. She was out of surgery at 7pm, we were discharged at 1pm next day. Post surgery, Turkeyana dismissed our concerns as if we were crazy. They gaslight you and make you feel uncomfortable when addressing anything that they didn’t follow through with.
After care is absolutely appalling!! We had to fight and push for any after care support. They text you their follow ups just so they look like they’re doing something, but you’re on your own. They charge premium prices for the worst product in Istanbul. There are many more better clinics than this, we met lots of people in Turkey that had good experiences elsewhere & they paid a fraction of the prices we paid. My consultant told me lipo helps with cellulite but it doesn’t, it makes it worse. $4,000 USD thrown away. He didn’t care when I addressed it after surgery even though he said he’d consult his manager to see what they can do. They did nothing. Also $220 USD for one 40 min post liposuction massage is literally robbery. We met people who had five 60 min sessions for this price. I give it one star only for the super nice clinic that they completely deceive you from. Do not be fooled!! Do not give them your money. Find another place, please!
