I purchased a flight ticket from Turna.com for 445.33 USD (640.74 CAD) using my CIBC Visa card. Later, I had to cancel the ticket and was promised a refund.

Instead of refunding the full amount, Turna.com sent me only 14.35 USD, claiming it was the correct refund — which is completely false. I provided all proof of payment and correspondence, but they continue to ignore my case.

Their customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. They avoid responsibility and do not follow international refund policies.

I have already reported this to my bank (CIBC) for investigation.

Be very careful before booking with Turna.com — once they get your money, you will not see it back.

On the night of August 21st, I purchased a standard flight ticket through Turna for an Istanbul-Athens flight on August 24th at 8:30 AM. My reservation number is 7WKQ2P. About 40 minutes after purchasing the ticket at 11:40 PM, I realized we had purchased the wrong ticket and called customer service at 12:20 AM. However, they refused to cancel the ticket because a day had passed and stated they couldn't issue a refund. This was just 40mins after buying the ticket.

I paid a total of €193.80.
Very shortly after purchasing the ticket, I attempted to cancel the ticket, which we had purchased completely by mistake. Customer service offered no alternative solutions or flexibility.

Absolute scam. They send me ticket and reservation number that had no actual flight booked connected to it. I arrived to the airport to discover there was no flight reservation on my name. I was chatting with Turna customer service day before and they confirmed all is successfully booked.. when I complained they said they are checking with airlines, and then stopped replying , not mentioning that I got no refund..

Worst page to book a flight.
I am a frequent traveller and it is the first time i use turna.com.
I booked my flights with them provided my credit card details. They sent me a confirmation email with a reservation code in TUrkish which i don't understand but they didnt issue the ticket. Why do you a reservation code then, if you haven't issued? Then i arrived in the airport and i had to buy a new ticket. They said that email was not final booking. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I had a flight via Istanbul to Sochi. I booked Aeroflot tickets with Turna. I was very nervous, as I had never bought tickets from intermediaries before. But everything went perfectly. They confirmed my booking by text message and then sent me an e-ticket by email. On the day of departure, I received an email from Aeroflot with a link to check in for the flight. Thank you, guys from Turna. God bless you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Turnokom. I lost money, time, and nerves. The service/product was not delivered properly, and customer support was useless. I strongly do not recommend this company!

Here is my experience with Turna.com
One day before departure, get a message confirmation from Turna.com The next day at the airport I learn that my flight has been cancelled. Telephone communication failed. Other communications as well. Would have to buy next flight at your own expense for a lot more money. It is best to check the flight directly at the airport online beforehand.

I made a payment, ticket didn’t get issued, I didn’t get a confirmation for the payment, nothing, and I was charged from my network and lose too much money for calling to turkey from London for refund the money and they said that can’t issue the ticket and do nothing and I should be waiting 10 days for refund the money. What you charge me for this ticket if you can’t issue the ticket or sending the confirmation for my payment!!? Now I miss the ticket and I should be buying another expensive one from other website and waiting for next 10 days for refund!?!!

Excellent prices and immediate ticket delivery, as it should be. Looks very professional.

They sold us tickets of Lufthansa airways, they both knew that we couldn't fly to USA with a transit from Germany during the chaotic COVID pandemic. They refused to pay our money for the service they didn't give. They stole our money, they are literally abusive thieves and they will pay for it as we are going to claim our rights legally. Please be aware and avoid these companies!
