Unfortunatly there no under zero star, I would have given them a millon stars under zero.
This is one of the most unprofessional buyers that work for this company, I ever met in my lifetime such disgusting personal. If you visit the Turnabout shop locate on Main Street, Vancouver. BC, you will find a conglomerate of garbage.
They have no clue about Designers and what is in fashion. I invite you waste sometime and go there, you can determine by yourself, if their products are worthy and UpToDate.
It is scam in its very refined aspect hoping to catch any desperate buyers in search of some deals.
Please avoid going to this shop and save your time for something more professional shops in this town rather than hoping ton find something that can catch you interest.

Where do I begin? I was a brand new Turnabout customer and had an issue with my online order (I am located in the US). After some communication, the Owner of the company (yes, the original owner and founder who now has 8 retail store locations) took it upon herself to personally go above and beyond (“beyond” is an understatement!) to make it right! Joy Mauro took the care and time to literally make my fashion dreams come true.

I am so moved and grateful to Joy Mauro. She is generous and kind, and truly cares about her customers; I will be a Turnabout customer for life. If you are looking for a little something to make an outfit special, or searching for your dream holy grail splurge item, look no further than Turnabout for amazing designer pieces at amazing price points! I can’t sing their praises enough A++++
