With a heavy heart I have to leave one star. I ordered some masks, masks were never delivered, was refunded and told that they would be redelivered as a goodwill. Despite ordering late July, being told mid Aug 'they will be delivered soon' and now coming into mid Sept nothing has appeared.
Would love to try their products but when they cannot deliver then I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Dear Adele, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service you received. It was an uncommon issue and we have taken steps to avoid this happening in the future.
We always aim to deliver a great customer experience, and we are gutted we didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately this issue is at the fault of the courier service we used, which was Yodel. Since we found out about the lost delivery, we have now changed our courier provider and have continued to chase yodel for an update on your delivery. Yodel are still adamant that they believe your order has been delivered, so are unable to investigate it further.
When hearing about your problem, we immediately refunded the entire order as you requested, which meant we did not need to replace the products.
Obviously we couldn’t guarantee that Yodel would deliver the lost parcel still, although as we said in our email correspondence, we hoped the parcel would be delivered to you and you could keep the products free of charge. This hope still stands.
Please feel free to reach out to Yodel with your tracking number to try and find the lost parcel. You can also reach out to us on info@turnaroundtherapy.com with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love for you to have the positive experience with TurnAround Earth you initially hoped for.
