Not professional and not acting at the best interest of clients. They just close the deal at their own convenience and don't bother to seek the best offer.

Lawrence and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish and I can't recommend him and Turners highly enough. We saw many agents when we were considering listing but of them all Lawrence was the most personable, passionate and knowledgeable. Wendy was also fantastic in sales progression and Emma was always pleasant and capable when I called in. Always on hand to help and a place that really care about your experience as well as selling the house quickly and at a good price, I can't recommend contacting Lawrence and Turners highly enough.

Had an offer accepted on a house. We were over the moon. We Were then left in the dark for around 10 weeks whilst the seller found something (we was fine with that) we chased fortnightly to be told they still haven’t found anything. And then got a phone call to say they are pulling out because they can’t find anything to buy. We was obviously upset but we understood. Turners promised to contact us regularly with any houses that come up around the area or change of plans to the house we were buying. 8 weeks later back on right move at £20,000 more!!! Not one single phone call to let us know about houses or that one was being made available again but at a higher price! Found an amazing estate agents now that is actually helping us find a house!!

I recently had my property on the market with Turners Property and I cannot thank them enough for the service I have received. I have decided to take my property off of the market due to personal reasons however I would highly recommend anyone in the area thinking of selling to go to Turners! Scott, George and all the team are really approachable, knowledgeable but most of all honest. They were very proactive in trying to sell my property and the communication throughout was excellent. Turners sold our property in Hamworthy having initially given a good assessment of what the market was doing and together we agreed a suitable asking price. The service to take photos, take floor plan and get the property listed was all undertaken quickly and professionally and subsequent viewings were handled well by the team and feedback was provided on each viewing.

Once sold, Turners were on top of checking purchasers credentials and also constantly checking the chain situation to keep everyone in the loop and finally everything was completed in a time frame to suit all parties.

The team have always been available to take calls and quick to respond on queries and have been helpful throughout.

I would recommend Turners to anyone selling their property locally.

The worst Estate Agents I’ve ever known. There was very little communication unless I phoned them. Because my solicitor made phone calls to Turners my legal bill was higher than it should have been. Turners did not deserve the commission charged. Would not recommend them to anyone

Turners have managed my property for me for several years now and help guide me through all aspects for the rental market and management needs. Property inspections are always done promptly and the reports are extremely useful. When re-letting their feedback and advice is well guided. It's good to know my property is in such safe hands.
