Stay well away, said they were going to see me on Tuesday, no sign. Called them, said would call back in two minutes, no call. Sent them several texts, no reply, called them several times and left message, no response. THEY DON'T GIVE A S**T !!!

Hi Greg, the first time you called me was on Friday 14th to say that you needed a new key, i said i wouldn't be able to do it that day because i didn't have the key blank in stock, so i gave you the numbers for 2 other locksmiths near you. I then spoke to you on Saturday where you said you may need it doing as the other 2 locksmiths had been giving you the run around? At that point i wasn't able to get the key blank until Tuesday as the Saturday post had already left my supplier, so i said you, that you had until 15:00 on Monday to decide whether you want me to do it, which is the cut-off for my supplier. The last time i spoke to you was yesterday at 9:03, i asked to call you back in 2 minutes so i could speak to my supplier to make sure the key blank was definitely available, which it was. I tried calling you back 2 times, at 9:08 and 9:13, both times it went straight to answering machine.
I am sorry if there has been a miscommunication here, but it isn't at all in my best interest to ignore a paying customer when they want a straightforward job undertaking. If you still need the job doing, feel free to give me a call anytime.

Called this company on Friday 14th to ask about cost of a key for my car as I had lost my key. The guy I spoke to told me £90, but he would need a days notice to order a blank key. Phoned back on Monday and asked him to go ahead, said he would call me straight back, he didn't. I called several times day and left a message, no response. Sent several texts saying how badly I needed him to call out, no response. STAY WELL AWAY, THEY DON'T GIVE A S**T !!!
It is clear reading the 2 reviews that the stories do not match up.
I hope you don't begin to make a habit of leaving meritless reviews on small businesses pages as they can be damaging. As i previously stated, if you are still looking to have this done, i can book you in.

Tom is absolutely fantastic. I arrived back off of holiday and couldn't find my key anywhere. Tom was with me really quickly and provided a quick, professional but friendly service - I would recommend him to anyone!

I put my BMW key in the washing machine …
I put my BMW key in the washing machine and lost the spare! Tom came with 1 hour and had the problem sorted with ease. Would deffinately recomend to anybody!

What a great service and friendly guy!!!
I was so annoyed when my car key stopped working, after doing a quick google search i stumbled upon Turnkey Auto Solutions. I must say, Tom put my mind at ease straight away. As soon as he turned up he diagnosed the problem as a flat battery in the key. He had it swapped within 5 minutes! Simple as that! 100% will use again!!!

Brilliant speedy service
What a service, out of hours lost my Mercedes keys and called these guys who opened up my vehicle and replaced my key in a record time , and they were very reasonable priced too, would definitely use again. Thanks once again.
