Low quality product - full refund refusal.
I ordered a large canvas for a gift. I was under the impression a person would be working on the artwork. I paid for fast upload of the image and fast delivery. I received the first image and it was simply a cut out of one of the images I had sent poorly
Pasted onto an existing image. It looked like a free app image. Not at all what I thought I was paying for. I instantly requested a revision. I explained my issue and revived very little changes back. The image looked
Worse. I sent an email to customer services who encouraged me to try again with the revisions. After a few emails back and forth they
Told me because I’d taken more than 24 hours to cancel they wouldn’t refund me. They offered me
80%. I’m
Disappointed because their own customer service knew I wanted a refund but encouraged me to try another revisions and to take longer to make a decision. I feel they did this with the intention of using the time to forfeit a full refund.
I’m now without a present for my husband and I’m down cash with nothing to show for it.
The quality is extremely poor. If you want an face swap app quality image on a canvas go ahead. If you wanted something more
Personal try somewhere else . To clarify nothing was printed, I believe I had put more effort into ordering and emailing then they did making the image.
