The art was beautiful Wading thruough your pricing structure totally suucked and was annoying. But the framed print was really good and of gift quality.

I was totally ripped off by this…
I was totally ripped off by this company. Never received my refund for an item I cancelled 2mins later. Nor did I receive my 80% refund for a digital print that I didn’t want. It’s been about 4 months and still never was resolved. This is not a reputable business. Buyer be warned they don’t believe in refunding your money will make any & every excuse.

Never received refunds for pictures in the drafting stage
Pictures were in the DRAFT stage and I very unhappy with the edit quality. I requested refunds for both purchases. Turn Me Royel stopped responding to my emails. Horrible customer service. Your Website specifically states if I am unhappy I can get a 100% refund. On the BBB, This company is known to do this. Wish I saw those reviews before spending $211 and never received the refund nor the pictures

I bought each of my 5 adult married children these. Each couple had a specific portrait that fit their married personalities. They loved them. I look forward to using this company again.
If there was a no- star option I would…
If there was a no- star option I would have picked that. Ordered a digital print - was happy with the offer for unlimited changed and 100%satisfaction. After reviewing the first draft - it was dark and depressing. The second draft also didn’t meet my approval - the faces didn’t look anything like the photos totally unrecognizable. I was then told any more changes could be charged for it I then cancelled and said refund as I was not 100% satisfied. I after several emails - I was told the 100% satisfied is only for orders that were on canvas - the digital was not guaranteed satisfaction. A partial refund is not 100% satisfaction. It’s amounting to consumer fraud and they should be reported by anyone having these issues. It’s a great idea - I wish it came through as my planned Christmas present but that idea failed So disappointed with them.

Faith renewed..
I initially gave a 1-star review after they canceled my order when I complained to Etsy that I was being overcharged and the "unlimited" revisions were not honored. The customer service team reached out to me after I emailed a long response. We were able to come to an agreement and my picture was completed. The review would have been 5 stars if I would not have had to fight so hard at the beginning of the process.

There is no ZERO stars
There is no ZERO stars, sadly.
My "venture" with this company was for a surprise Christmas gift and started December 13, 2024.
1. Everything started out well, got the proofs of 8 portraits I ordered and just needed to change one photo on the order. Sent in the change. I then got multiple replies that seemed to me, to be conflicting and confusing.
2. Kept waiting for the proof of the single change and it did finally arrive a couple days before Christmas so I approved everything (I didn't realize I could have approved the other 7 as they were presented as one order) and crossed my fingers.
3. Company goes silent, except for promotion ads that there's still time to receive the portraits before Christmas! Ha!
4. I send multiple emails trying to ascertain status, no replies. Two-days before Christmas, I start offering alternative solutions to them along the line of "just send me the digital copies, and I'll print them off so the receipient can at least get the laugh." I contact a local printer who assures me as long as I can get them to her by 12/24/24, she can print them in color.
5. Turn Me Royal stays dark. I get PayPal involved who sends some kind of contact to them. I don't know what it is.
6. Then out of nowhere, and email comes in telling me that the agent could not find where I had ordered "digital copies" when the package I bought clearly stated that "digital copies were included."
7. I know I'm sunk. Suffice it to say, this surprise conclusion of our Christmas was off the table thanks to Turn Me Royal.
8. On 12/26/24, a day AFTER Christmas, I get a email: "Your order #xxxxxx has been shipped!" Geez, thanks.
9. I reach out to PayPal for total refund based on their 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee "promise" and shipped the portraits back to the return address.
10. I doubt PayPal will obtain a refund and I ended up making a $632 "donation" to this company since I sent the portraits back.
I'd steer clear of this company. They offer great ideas and based on the proofs they send, they did a good job. But what could have been resolved with a simply digital copy file and I would have given out the portraits when they arrived, was dashed by their totally incompetent communication and resolution process.
Steer clear.

You'll look better than you think...
Great portrait of my husband and I as the King and Queen! Such a hit this Christmas! Important to note, make sure you take a photo that is clear and close up of your face as they direct you to. For those of you who might be a little older and have fine lines (as I do) these aren't captured in the art work so don't worry about needing to have a picture with a filter, ha-ha! I changed my picture once, which they permit you to do, because I've never liked any pic of myself, but when it came I was pleasantly surprised. The company communicated a lot through email which was helpful and I thought shipping was quick considering what they needed to make. A total winner as far as a holiday gift!
Wish I could give zero star rating
I gave them a one star rating because that's the lowest I can give. We ordered a portrait of my granddaughter and since the rendering looked nothing like the picture we submitted, we asked for a re-do, and then another re-do after the second attempt was identical to the first attempt. After the third unsuccessful re-do I gave up and asked that they cancel the order. When Turn Me Royal was reluctant to cancel the order I went to my credit card company Visa and asked them to reclaim the payment, which they did. Turn Me Royal appealed. Visa then demanded that I hire an art appraisal expert to certify that the likeness wasn't satisfactory. I ended dropping the appeal since I wasn't about to hire an art appraisal expert, at my expense, to certify that a $100 painting wasn't satisfactory. Moral of the story is that (a) Turn Me Royal is not a reputable company to deal with and (b) don't expect any help from Visa when you have a dispute with a vendor - they will side with the vendor every time.

The portrait was adorable
The portrait was adorable, my husband laughed out loud, and quickly hung it in his “man cave.”
If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a Xmas gift canvas that never arrived. Communicating with support for more than 2 weeks - to find I am only able to get an 80% refund - even though no gift was delivered. Getting confusing responses from support. Yet, 80% refund is unacceptable when no product was received. Don’t recommend doing business with this company.

I thought I was paying for a large…
I thought I was paying for a large canvas but instead spent so much money for a digital file. And charged $9 for express delivery. Why would they charge for delivery for a digital file? The $9 was refunded when I questioned it. However, I had to pay an extra $50 for a smaller canvas than I wanted. I doubt I would have spent $150 (after 65% off) for this canvas if I knew up front. I think the website is deceiving with pricing! I haven’t rec’d the canvas yet but I’m sure it will be great. Just very disappointed in what I thought I was getting and what it really was.

Exceptional Portrait / Exceptional customer service
I am a returning customer as the portrait is an awesome product. The canvas art is exceptional and you could not experience better customer service. Best gift you could ever give anyone!!
I ordered 3 portraits
I ordered a portrait of my late sister and myself for my mother and I for Christmas and you all re-did it several times at my request and I was pleased with how it turned out. I then ordered a portrait of my niece and her child for Christmas also. Both my Mom and Niece were so surprised and happy with the outcome. They were still pricey even with a discount but I will always cherish having the portraits to be passed down.
