Very Poor Customer Service
Placed an order on the 19th May. No communication re: delivery, unable to download artwork as link as it has expired. Emailed twice for help/update, no response. Extremely poor customer service for an item that cost £99!

Since writing my last review I was contacted by the company. They have kindly assisted me with the credit issue stalling my account, and now it is clear to begin again so that I can order my next wonderful gift! I have found the customer service very attentive and willing to help me, as for the pictures I have ordered and received already I am delighted with them. Produced on canvas and finished nicely with a sturdy hanger clip at the back. Both pictures arrived promptly and in good condition.
I shall definitely be ordering again from this company in the future.

Turned my mom into royalty!
My first effort wasn’t good, they changed my mom’s hair completely and wouldn’t change it back. But the second try with a different picture was great. I sent her a print for Mother’s Day and she loved it. I will do another one for Father’s Day.

My mother will be 100 this coming 8/3...everyone always called her the Queen. Bought this for Mother's Day today 5/10/26 and I am sure she will love it! My sisters are thrilled with it also. Thing is -- my mom never considered "Queen" an endearment, she considered it her title LOL!!!!!

Ordered a pic of our 2 fur babies. I'm pleased with the work. It's an easy way to get a quick portrait and would use them again. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the detail of the dogs could be sharper.

Gift for someone who has everything
I wanted something for a birthday gift for the person who has everything. TMR has by far the best selection of collections. I had fun trying different scenarios. The pirate portrait turned out so good I ended up doing 2 more portraits, Tree of Us and The Icon. It was easy- I edited “remove earrings” and bam! Earrings gone! “Add wedding ring on left hand” and poof! There it was! I did digital download and had 3 portraits printed at FedEx Kinkos on semi gloss card stock. Very nice!
