This service that's being provided by Turnout is 5 STAR. I spoke with Jake. He was patient, understanding, sincere and sincerely helpful to me during this difficult time and process. I'm very grateful for that. Jake understood that it's no great honor for me to have to ask a government agency for anything, let alone assistance. He understood the debilitating issues that forced me into having to ask for help from a government agency. His professionalism walking me through the questionnaire did not waver and it really helped make the process seem seem less. If he is the person you put before you as a representative of your company, than it speaks Volumes about your company to this old school values old man....Give Jake A Promotion. He deserves it. I Highly Recommend Turnout for this service.

Waste of time. It’s all Bots & AI

These people wasted about two hours of my day. A guy named Jake called me went straight to questions. I answered all of them. He tells me I qualify and he’s gonna have his assistant call me. I get a call from an AI assistant which as you already know is pain in the butt to communicate with. Very not personal or caring representation. I was on the phone for an hour and a half with AI. Then I get an email telling me I have to redo repeat all my work history again this time electronically, I have to call the SSI department ( with a pre written script) and I have to ask them to schedule me for an interview the SSI without representation when I have representation amongst a bunch of other things that I would most likely hire a lawyer to do. I might as well file on my own. The email basically said I have to file on my own or do all the work on my own but yet I have to pay these people 25% if I get approved, what am I paying for if I’m doing this on my own?

Thank you for taking the time to share this — your feedback is important, and what you described falls short of what we promise our clients.

You should never have to wonder what you're paying for. Our role is to carry the weight of this process for you — not add to it. We're actively reviewing how our intake and follow-up process is structured, and your experience is exactly the kind of feedback that drives change.

Thank you.

Turnout sucks

I've trusted turnout to handle my claim for disability and thought (was told) I filed my claim on Jan 5th with Social Security, they emailed me and said I had to call my local social security office and tell them they were handling my case (I've tried to do that twice now) social security said what? Why would you call us? They know how to handle the claims, what's your representatives name? I said well the guy that emailed me was Troy (no last name, they never answer phone calls only email back or call back and repeat what the email says, I said well that's funny that's not what social security tells me, I already got my workers name from social security and my claim hasn't even processed yet (I sent everything into social security) so for 2 months I thought they were working on it cuz that's what I've been told then they call and try to get me to call social security again nope that would make 4 times I've called them that's your job, scammers is what they are I fired them finally don't fall for their crap they are scammers point blank

Relieved my anxiety

Throughout the entire process all my questions were answered clearly and in a manner which I could understand them having absolutely no knowledge of this process prior to that interview I feel assured and my anxiety has been lifted I should have done this a long time ago thank you
