Better make sure you are ordering the right part
Ordered a demo aluminum sub platter for my Debut Carbon EVO. It said Classic EVO so I assumed that was my turntable. Turns out it wasn't and when I inquired about returning the piece that doesn't fit my turntable, I was told that they wouldn't accept my return. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again will I give them my money.

Expert advice and GREAT customer service
What can I say? The TTL team is consistently THE BEST!
I recently bought a turntable and speaker set from them and let me tell you how they made it a great experience.
First, they do a great job of curating turntable packages for different levels of consumers (entry level, intermediate, audiophile) and posting reviews on the gear which helped me get my research started quickly on a topic I didn’t know much about.
After picking my own turntable and speaker set that wasn’t on their pre-built packages list, I emailed their support team to check if they would offer a bundle discount for my custom choices. With no hesitation or need to advocate, they immediately credited me back $100 to make my purchase align with their pre-built bundle discount. That’s some killer service!
Between their selection, expert advice, and genuine care for their customers, I’ll be coming back to TTL for all my audio needs!

Shipping was ridiculously slow
Shipping was ridiculously slow. I ordered a record from them and a couple other places online. My other orders came in before they even processed mine. They gave excuses about blizzards and COVID completely aloof to the idea that other places are dealing with the same issues, with smaller staff, and manage to get orders filled in time. Just simply disrespectful to their consumers.
