Great experience and family car!

It was a great experience working with KK Big Motors. The car was in great condition, easy to find and return and they are great communicators. I will rent from them again when we return to the Bay Area!

Highly Recommended Experience

I appreciated being able to pick the exact vehicle that I was renting. I, also, appreciated being able to interact directly with the host and the way that he tracked my flight so that he was ready to unlock the vehicle once I arrived.

Always a great experience

It's an easy peace of mind experience. I like that the host messages me when the car is ready. Cars are always clean, smell good, and drive very nice 🙂👍🏽. Second time renting a car from this host and will probably continue to do so.

I really enjoyed the rental experience

I really enjoyed the rental experience. The vehicle felt great mechanically, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I definitely recommend it and would happily rent from them again.

Great communication and ease

Great communication and ease. Prior to me arriving they told me about a rip in the drivers seat of the car which I would have been upset about. They made sure to have the seat fixed professionally prior to my arrival. It looked great.

This was my first experience with Turo

This was my first experience with Turo, it was really easy getting to the spot to pick up the car, once at the car just follow the picture that was taken the more pics the better for you, return was easy as well. Will definitely use this company again.

Good rental experience but customer service is lacking

Rental experience was great but I did have an issue with an incorrect charge for additional mileage and it was like pulling teeth to dispute it even though it was obvious with my pictures that the charges were incorrect.
Really need to work on the customer service aspect there.
