My client was buying at auction and we had been let down by another lender who couldn't offer a quick enough valuation report. Tuscan were happy to lend based on an AVM so we knew the same day of submitting the AIP that the valuation was ok. The underwriting process was straightforward and the solicitors moved quickly to completion.
