Don't deposit on this casino, stay away. Made a deposit, got a message from my bank saying the deposit was successful, but the money never appeared in my account on Tusk casino. Tried to get in touch with them through their chat feature, nobody answered, but was able to send them a message to them with it, and they replied the next day saying they would look into it. After several messages back and forth over a number of days, they said my deposit was unsuccessful yet my money was never returned to my bank account. After that, they stopped answering my emails. They were a good casino at one time but they must be going out of business because not even their contact form on their Contact page was working when I first tried to message them, it gave me an error message.

Update: Sept 25, 2025

So a couple of weeks ago, two and a half months after my last review, Tusk sends me a message saying the deposit I had made back then, was now credited to my account. I said thank you and played the $20. As I said before, this was once a good casino, no problem with deposits or withdrawals, so I figured all was well again and on September 14, I deposited another $25. I took a screenshot of windows on their site and my bank that showed the deposit was successful, just in case and yes, again the deposit did not show in my account. I contacted them, sent the screenshots and again they simply said the deposit failed, but I never got the money back into my bank account.

So again, I warn you, do not deposit or play on Tusk Casino, your money could be stolen. There is something very strange going on when a casino keeps your money and I would hate to see that if I did win, and tried to withdraw, I would never get my winning. Look for a better place to play with a good rating on Trustpilot, there are many.

What a piece of you know what. This is obviously a scam Robo website . It's sole purpose is to rob unsuspecting people like me. Their customer service is absolutely garbage. It doesn't exist. No matter what time of day they are never present to take you complaint. Also I later $1500 Later notice a promotion for a Valentines day tournament. It was already March 19/2025. This tournament was scheduled a month earlier.. Do not put any money into this casino. You'll most likely lose it all and never ve able to recover it.

Wrote multiple emails with no response. 3 times winnings didn’t reflect in my balance. Seems like I am not the only one experiencing this. David is obviously a robot, can’t get a hold of anyone. Springbok, Yebo and Punt much better with customer support. I put quite a lot of cash in as well, which is super disappointing as it is rated one of the better new casinos. Feels like I’ve been robbed

Send 12 emails no response, online chat with David was not helpful, played Booming and Worldmatch provider games won but the money did not reflect in my account, a lot of games shows error codes. This casino used to be great but not anymore, been a customer since 2021.

Tusk casino seemed to be a good casino. It had plenty of popular games found on most booking sites. However when trying to play most of these games it gives an error code.

When speaking to a support consultant on their live chat on their site to solve the matter. The consultant you’ll always speak is David I don’t know if it was my luck or if he’s the only support consultant. He is very impatient, far from helpful and gets frustrated with you for asking for help and says one needs to get VPN to be able to play them games. I got different VPNs trying to play their games and it still failed. He would leave the chat when it suited him and would not apologise for his behaviour.

Before using them think twice or thrice.

Being a degen gambler it's important to me that withdrawals are quick and easy. Since I deposited with a visa debit card I would expect to be able to withdraw the same way but that is not the options I was presented . Even after making a withdrawal I had it rejected due to the payment provider. And on top of that after engaging with support I found their knowledge of their own payments processes lacking. Another issue was the document verification , it took over 2 weeks to get verified which is not helpful when you are trying to make a withdrawal . These issues are a culmination over a period of 2 months . If I can't trust their withdrawal process, I think I will have to think twice before depositing any further funds

Overall good casino, with loads of games to choose from, and always have a bonus available. Only minor issue is the pace they release new games, sometimes 2 weeks or more behind on releases. not had any issues with withdrawals, or support.

Tusk has a nice diversity of providers/games to play. Helpdesk always replies within a few minutes and helps out with every issue.

My only negative point; downtime from time to time, and I've personally experienced some issues with playing games with VPN
