They sent me an order back in August and then billed me again for nothing in September; even more money. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and written to the company to refund me,
1st order failed to show, so I contacted support and was told there was a delay. Waited & waited & waited, still no product. Contacted support again and they agreed to send a partial order until they could fulfill the rest. 4 weeks later, with still no product in hand, they had the nerve to charge me for a 2nd order with no notice or warning. I again reached out to support to complain and was only promised I’d get everything I ordered. Finally 2 months after the original order I got a box that contained 3 of the flavors I ordered and that was it. I’m chalking this up as a loss and walking away.
My order (order#18182) is incomplete and I'm frustrated! Someone always respond after I complain but never before. I just ordered a sample box and I'm having the most terrible experience ever! This is ridiculous and I will definitely look for another company to go to for smoothies!
