We ordered this about a month ago and still have yet to receive it. I contacted them and they were really helpful and sent a new one out but still no sign even though they said it would be 3-5 working days. That was 6 working days ago and still no signs of the product. We had heard great reviews about this company but have felt really let down with delivery, so very hard to comment on the product as we don't have it yet.

This wrap is so lovely. The material is very stretchy but strong. Once you get the hang of how to put it on it is very easy to use and baby always feels nice and secure, ending in snuggly naps every time we use it. Happy baby, happy mummy! :)
