Cant really review any items that never turn up. Placed order on 15th november and still awaiting delivery. Been sent out twice and still not got my items. Also been in contact with customer service who has saod they have sent this out but other than that nothing. Dont order from here as you dont seem to get your items you pay for.
I bought the Kuba Cot Bed and this was a recommended product on that page. Unlike other items the dimensions are not listed in the title or an image of the packaging shown. This mattress protector is 60 x 120cm even though it is advertised as a supplementary product for a 140 x 70cm cot bed. With no way of attaching the protector to the mattress (like elastic loops) it is only ok, my main annoyance is how it was recommended for use with another product which it clearly should not have been.
I was aware of the protector’s measurements but it seems to be small for the 140*70cm mattress and there are no elastic bands to go around it for stability.
This was never delivered to me, despite over 30 emails exchanged and over a month of waiting. I am now waiting for a response to my request for a refund.
I wanted to protect the mattress instead of replacing the mattress.
It has no elastic on each end to cover and anchor on the sides of the mattress but the pad itself felt really soft and waterproof. Too bad the size was not the same with my cot so had to return.
