Really solid build quality and trivially easy to setup. The 6 steps in the setup guide are very helpful, and I'd recommend looking at the guide, because easy as it is, it might not be obvious without it. It's well thought out and the rocking legs allow you to well...rock it. The build quality is such that we'll be able to pass it on to friends when we're finished with it; it'll certainly last a lot longer than the baby will need it for.
