Great product, used for last baby so replacement mattress perfect for my new baby!
Shockingly bad quality. Like an airplane pillow in feel and thickness. Also doesn't fit the older cozee models if you're buying for a second child. Better options on Amazon.
Cheap quality, very thin, especially for the price
I received the wrong product and contacted Tutti Bambini by phone after not receiving a prompt reply to my email. I was advised a refund would be issued within 7 working days which hasn't been the case. I have reached out following this time period and still haven't received a response.
This is not fit for purpose. So flimsy a fitted sheet makes it bend in half. Even when forced flat, it curls up. This is not safe for babies to sleep on. I’ve messaged Tutti Bambini about this and received no response

Very poor quality.
Really disappointed with the products. We brought the official replacement mattress, waterproof sheet and fitted sheets for the crib and it's a nightmare trying to get the sheets on. The mattress constantly rolls up and it's all a poor fit. The waterproof sheet is a liner which won't stay in place with the wrestling that has to happen to get the sheets on. It's almost impossible to get flat and hard to do in the middle of the night (baby has reflux so often changing it late).
Mattress ok but not impressed that previous cozee bedside crib has changed size. This one just fits
Just what we needed.
Bad product, bad customer service. After years of being a tutti Bambini lover, I am officially out. Not worth the hassle. In 2025, resolving product dissatisfaction should be a simple process. Returns are an absolute nightmare. Customer service is slow and disorganised. I ended up being promised collection on 3 different dates and took the time off work to be in for noone to show. If you want to order a mattress replacement for your next to me, please do yourself a favor and go on Amazon. Quality is much better and so is the service.
