BEWARE-CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ It has taken over 4 weeks for the items to arrive and when they did arrive only 5 of the 6 items have arrived. We were not provided any update as the items were sat in the depot and although it clearly stated in the tracking that one of the items had been damaged in transit no efforts were made to replace this until we contacted Tutti bambini ourselves at which point they made contact with the shipping company. What a time consuming process and gigantic waste of time. Why you continue to use XDP despite their absolute abysmal reputation is baffling. I am seeking a full refund and for the items to be collected without any cost as this entire process has been very frustrating to say the least. In future I will not be using this company and I will strongly dissuade any friends and family to avoid Tutti bambini website.
Although rather pricy, it is a beautiful set for the baby.
