0/10 DO NOT BUY - I bought 2 of these (one via John Lewis, one direct) - one arrived horribly damaged and DX delivery had lost the bedsheets - second one, I tried so hard to preempt delivery and make sure no damage - but was left out in rain - 3 emails to Tutti Bambini customer service later didn’t have an answer - called number, but they don’t answer after 3pm - tried again in middle of the day, managed to get through and schedule a collection. Was given an apology and told no collection fee as this wasn’t my fault - see photos - collection happened - have just received an email saying I’ll receive a partial refund (despite previously saying no collection fee) Extremely stressful dealing with them as a pregnant woman. Save your time and hassle and just go for another company. I’ll attach photos for proof. I’ve sent them another email and I’ll give it a few days before just taking this through my bank. If your heart is set on this crib, buy it with a credit card so you have buyers protection- because the company are really sloppy and inefficient and really not worth the stress
