Lovely crib, well made
I changed my mind and no longer wanted this item. I wish i had never bought it as the process for retuning it was not ‘hassle free’ as stated on the website. I was initially told I had to organise a courier myself however the website stated tuttibambini would arrange collection, I just had to pay the fee. This was apparently arranged on 4 separate occasions however it was never collected. I contacted the courier who informed they had no note to collect this item. I again contacted tuttibambini who then informed that the collection hadn’t been input correctly. It has taken almost a month for this to be collected and I have to pay a fee of £25. When buying be aware that their returns procedure isn’t hassle free as stated on the website. I cannot comment on the item itself.
Beautiful cot and very good quality at a great price
Great quality item, easy and actually fun to assemble. We've done a few bit of flat pack in recent months and this product's quality is miles ahead of anything else we have. Would recommend
Soft & cozy
All the cam lock fittings bent out of shape during assembley, which was very disappointing as everthing else was fine.
My sons wife loves the new cot/bed and can't wait for the baby to test it out in September.
Great cot and changer board, mattress for the money.
Great value
Definitely not oak wood whatever they say. My husband is a carpenter so he knows a thing or two about wood. The cot is plasticky and I was taking a sticker off the changing table and it pulled half the “real oak” off to show the MDF underneath. Would not have paid the price I did for it if I knew but it’s too late now. As a non oak cot it’s okay but feels cheap - just wish they wouldn’t misslead people.

I'm not completely pleased with this product. The image of the cot shows it to be darker in colour. The reality is just cheap veneer but with square slats, giving it a mid century feel. I don't think this is worth the £200+ I paid. I had purchased this thinking it would be better quality

We have reviewed the real-life images of our products and compared to the website images and do feel this is a true reflection of the product. This product is not “cheap veneer” but solid wood but we do apologise that you are not satisfied with it.
Just what we had asked for and good quality. very handy with the cot top changer
Poor quality product. Parts of the wood looks water stained and the fixtures are visible which is not aesthetically pleasing.
Happy with the cot
Exactly as expected. Top changer is a bonus. I think the mattress may need upgrading in a few years though.
