Sage Green- a lovely colour. Sturdy product. Assembly is straight forward with two persons.
Unfortunately, my experience with this company,for our first child, has been extremely disappointing. The cot is physically unsafe for a child to use due to lack of components. Ordered directly from the website and unfortunately, it was missing several key components and had cosmetic defects on the items. I appreciate this could happen however their customer service has been AWFUL. Followed their procedure for then my email to go to an AI then to their customer services in Australia? Now still after more back and forth, still no resolution. Shocking and left with a product that cannot be safely used by a baby. Order no: D10340 for reference.
