Got the cot, started to build it and was looking good but then the measuring points never matched up so can't build the cot for use, phoned and have been told to email them with pictures and have done six times now there just ignoring me. So would not recommend this place as now I have lost out in my money.
The product itself is good quality and easily fits together. The service has been poor however - the original packaging arrived in a terrible state and both cot sides were damaged. It was no problem getting TB to agree to replace them but this took a lot of chasing via phone and email as the original request wasn’t fulfilled. Good product but quality control of what is being sent out was disappointing.
