The set itself is lovely and sturdy but it is described as dove grey but only the ends are dove grey and the sides are a shiny silver which looks a bit cheap
Prompt delivery, but when opening found 3 damaged items, rendering the baby changing unit from being made. Contacted customer service to then simply be offered £30 refund and not send replacements. As a first time parent I was disgusted with this, you want everything looking perfect when buying babies first furniture. Finally had to tell them my consumer rights, which then prompted them to send spare parts which arrived promptly. 2 stars simply because of their initial attitude to customer service.
Confusing instructions for draws but we found just patience in looking at the pictures. Took us 2 hours (ish) because we had to take it apart and start again. But once we figured it out everything was fine! Good quality and love everything
