Product was damaged or dirty on every piece of the furniture set… scuff marks, dirt and wood chips. Emailed company to complain and poorly handled. £75 offered as refund of £900 order and then after accepting this was told 7-10 days for refund to show… took 18. What’s an already stressful time, and quite a stressful experience putting this together made even worse by dirty scuffed furniture and poor customer service.
I absolutely loved the nursery set! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and the price was very reasonable. I’m so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.
The drawers are difficult to keep in place They tend to slide off very easily making it hard to open and close Otherwise good quality product

It arrived with dirty pieces - a lot of dirty fingerprints and overall very low quality finish. Looks like these don’t go through any quality assurance process before being sent to clients.
Beautiful furniture, wonderful to open and close. Noticed a small chip on the wardrobe door which does let it down slightly.
Most of the items came damaged. Didn’t really offer too much in terms on compensation Rather disappointing

Unable to put all furniture together due to missing box so I don’t really know how good it is yet.
Do not waste your time on this furniture set. Ours took 10 weeks to arrive for us then to find it in terrible condition. Dents, marks, dirty stains, scuffs and glue residue. We have requested for new parts to be sent so god knows how long we will also wait for those. This is not ideal with a baby on the way.
