Seems like a solid product that will grow with baby. Fairly basic but does the job!
Has the bed for a month and half the bed is strong and sturdy . It appears of good quality
I can only comment on the very poor service I received. We ordered a bed on a Friday evening but changed our mind the following morning. We emailed immediately on Saturday and then followed this up with a phone call on Monday morning. During that call, we were specifically told and reassured that the order had been stopped and that the bed would not be dispatched. However, on Tuesday, while I was at work, the bed was delivered anyway and the payment was taken. Over the following days, I spent hours trying to contact customer service (I have the phone records to prove this). Eventually, Jade suggested continuing the conversation by email, which I agreed to. A collection was then arranged, but this required me to take a full day of annual leave because DX only offered an all-day delivery window. The bed was not collected. After further emails, a second collection date was arranged, requiring me to take yet another day off work. Again, the bed was not collected. When I explained that I was not prepared to lose a third day of annual leave because of this situation, it suddenly became possible for them to offer a two-hour collection window. As a result of the company's failures, I lost two days of holiday entitlement and spent hours chasing an issue that should never have happened in the first place. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Very cheaply made, lots of damage
We absolutely love our son’s cot, colour is perfect, frame was easy to put together. Sadly the box was missing 4 bolts, the packet was open in the box so I do feel whoever packed it would have know this. We had some bolts from an old bed luckily. The delivery was a bit of a pain as we had to wait a day for the mattress, without being told till the cot was delivered, as they give you 7am till 7pm, it didn’t help when we requested Monday and ended up having to wait the Tuesday too. I do not believe it was not tutti bambini’s error, I actually think it was the courier not collecting both products as I could see both boxes were sent to the warehouse and received at the same time. Atleast it’s all done and built now.
Unfortunately a fixing bolt was missing from the package so had to improvise and cut down one which I had here. Couple of dents in woodwork too
We are very much satisfied with the quality so far
We ordered almost a month ago and still am without the parts to fully and safely assemble. Sent hardware that is faulty and on request to send replacement hardware, naming the 2 parts as detailed in the manual we have been sent the incorrect replacement parts. We are yet to receive the correct working parts. Requested a refund and collection which was declined.
A great quality cot and excellent with the addition of the changer on top. Instructions were good enough, needed 2 people to assemble it easily but we had no issues. It looks great in the nursery and would recommend to others
Good value for money
This is a very smart cot bed for the money. The wood trims are excellent quality and it was very straightforward to assemble. Just be careful taking it out of the box because the end panels (cot and bed parts) look connected but aren’t screwed together so the bottom part might detach and fall on your foot!

Lovely cot. Like that you can get it as a whole package. Shame there was not the option to upgrade the mattress though. This one will do to start with, but its not very thick.

Brought this bed for my little boy who is 15 month old. The first half hour of him being in bed I thought I would go and check him, upon checking I noticed he had scraped the varnish off of the wooded part of the headboard! I then tested this with my nail on a separate part to find this is very easily done (I had used hardly any force) and managed myself to remove varnish. As a mother this is not only alarming as I don't know the materials used (non toxic varnish I hope) but this is very upsetting as in the financial crisis we are all in I was so happy to buy my boy a new bed (that I couldn't really afford) for it to be so easily damaged. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
