Product is okay but customer service and delivery experience has been appalling. Long delays in delivery and have had to repeatedly follow up and chase for any answers.
Relatively easy to assemble. Big enough so it grows with the little one. Love the sheets and the mattress but not impressed with the mattress protector as it doesn’t fit and it is smaller than the mattress.
Great service and delivery — product specs could be clearer We bought the Tutti Bambini Supreme Alba Cot Bed, Mattress & Bedding Bundle. Pros: Customer service was responsive and genuinely helpful. Delivery was great — careful, on time, and handled with attention. The cot bed itself feels reliable, sturdy, and safe, which really matters with an active baby. The bedding is lovely quality — soft, comfy, and looks great. Cons: I think the product specifications could be explained in more detail to avoid surprises. The mattress is extremely firm. Our baby couldn’t sleep on it for two nights, so we ended up buying a mattress topper. The mattress protector sizing was confusing: the protector supplied/available was 60×120 as “universal”, but our mattress is 70×140, and customer service said there wasn’t an option to change it. Overall, we’re happy with the cot bed and the service, but clearer sizing/details (especially for the mattress and protector) would make the bundle experience much better.
Got this bundle on offer and so far its been great The qualitu is great as well as it is nice yet a simple design so you wont get bored of it quickly
