Same experience as all others. Crap products from China and even worse service. It's my opinion that they never wanted to reimburse for an incorrect delivery and simply disappeared and stopped responding to all emails. This appears to be a dropshipping company with seat in the Netherlands and shipping products from China. Who knows where the actual owner is located. Just a big mess. Never again. Save yourself the trouble.
